During this meeting, Dr. Pornpimol and the executives of the Center welcomed the delegation from Kuwait and highlighted insights regarding the Center’s role in providing technical support for the Halal research and forensic analysis of high-risk materials, the HAL-Q standardisation-based verification of food safety and quality, and collaboration between the Center and international academic institutes on training and capacity building. In addition, the delegation also visited the Center’s laboratory to see firsthand the innovations for detecting Haram adulteration in Halal products.
