แถลงการณ์ท่าทีไทยต่อการบรรลุข้อตกลงหยุดยิงระหว่างสหรัฐอเมริกากับสาธารณรัฐอิสลามอิหร่าน

ประเทศไทยยินดีกับการบรรลุข้อตกลงหยุดยิงเป็นระยะเวลา 2 สัปดาห์ระหว่างสหรัฐอเมริกากับสาธารณรัฐอิสลามอิหร่าน และหวังว่าจะนำไปสู่การหยุดยิงและสันติภาพที่ยั่งยืน

ประเทศไทยเน้นย้ำการใช้วิธีการทางการทูตในการแก้ไขปัญหาความขัดแย้ง และเรียกร้องให้ทุกฝ่ายปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ โดยเฉพาะเสรีภาพในการเดินเรือบริเวณช่องแคบฮอร์มุซ นอกจากนี้ ขอเรียกร้องให้ทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องใช้โอกาสนี้ในการเจรจาเพื่อนำไปสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นรูปธรรมในระยะยาวต่อไป

Statement on the Ceasefire Agreement between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran

Thailand welcomes the agreement reached between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran on the two-week ceasefire which hopefully would lead to a sustained ceasefire and lasting peace.

Thailand reaffirms our support for the conflict resolution through diplomatic means and calls on all parties to fully adhere to international law, particularly in regard to freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. Thailand further urges all parties concerned to seize this opportunity to pursue negotiations toward a concrete and long-term solution.
