On 12 April 2026, H.E. Mr. Songchai Chaipatiyut, Ambassador-Designate of Thailand, met with H.E. Mr. Jose Almodovar Cabrera III, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the State of Kuwait.
On this occasion, both sides exchanged insights and assessment regarding the ongoing tensions in the region. In addition, the ambassadors also discussed consular matters of mutual interest.
