ในโอกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ คูเวตได้แสดงความขอบคุณหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องของซาอุดีอาระเบียที่ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกการเดินทางเข้า-ออกคูเวตทางบกในระหว่างที่มีการปิดน่านฟ้า ระหว่างการหารือ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ความตึงเครียดในภูมิภาค

On 8 April 2026, H.E. Mr. Songchai Chaipatiyut, Ambassador-Designate of Thailand, paid a courtesy call on H.H. Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khaled Al-Saud, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the State of Kuwait.

On this occasion, the Ambassador of Thailand expressed his appreciation for the support of Saudi authorities in facilitating the entry to and exit from Kuwait by land while the airspace remains closed. During the meeting, both sides also exchanged views regarding the ongoing tensions in the region.
