เมื่อวันที่ ๒๗ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๘ นางอุไรวรรณ กูร์โตด์ อุปทูตฯ ณ คูเวต ได้พบหารือกับนาย Felix Baes de Faria อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษาและรองหัวหน้าสำนักงาน สถานเอกอัครราชทูตบราซิลประจำรัฐคูเวต ในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่ง โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการค้าและกิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจในภูมิภาคตะวันออกกลาง ในโอกาสนี้ อุปทูตฯ ได้แสดงความยินดีที่บราซิล ในฐานะประธานกลุ่ม BRICS จัดการประชุมผู้นำกลุ่ม BRICS ครั้งที่ ๑๗ สำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดีเมื่อเดือนกรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๘

On 27 August 2025, Mrs. Uraiwan Courtaud, Chargée d'Affaires a.i. paid a courtesy call on Mr. Felix Baes de Faria, Minister Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Brazil in Kuwait, upon her assumption of duty. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views regarding the the promotion of trade and economic activities in the Middle East. On this occasion, the Chargée d'Affaires a.i. also congratulated Brazil on the successful 17th BRICS Summit, hosted by Brazil as the current chair of BRICS in July 2025.
