นายทรงชัย ชัยปฏิยุทธ เดินทางถึงคูเวตเพื่อเข้ารับหน้าที่ในตำแหน่งเอกอัครราชทูตวิสามัญผู้มีอำนาจเต็มประจำรัฐคูเวต

เมื่อวันที่ ๑๘ มี.ค. ๒๕๖๙ นายทรงชัย ชัยปฏิยุทธ ได้เดินทางถึงคูเวตเพื่อเข้ารับหน้าที่ในตำแหน่งเอกอัครราชทูตวิสามัญผู้มีอำนาจเต็มประจำรัฐคูเวต โดยมีคณะทูตานุทูตจากกลุ่มประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนในฐานะคณะกรรมการอาเซียนประจำคูเวต (ASEAN Committee in Kuwait: ACK) ร่วมให้การต้อนรับและแสดงความยินดี ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูต ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นและความร่วมมือที่ใกล้ชิดระหว่างไทยกับกลุ่มประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนในคูเวต

การเดินทางมาเข้ารับหน้าที่ของเอกอัครราชทูตทรงชัยฯ ในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการมีส่วนร่วมส่งเสริมและสานต่อความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างไทยกับคูเวตในทุกมิติ ทั้งด้านการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ และวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ในระดับประชาชน ทั้งนี้ จะมุ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างเต็มความสามารถในการดูแลคุ้มครองและสนับสนุนชุมชนไทยในคูเวต เพื่อให้เป็นพลังสำคัญในการเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสองประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน


H.E. Mr. Songchai Chaipatiyut arrived in the State of Kuwait to assume his duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Kuwait

On 18 March 2026, H.E. Mr. Songchai Chaipatiyut arrived in the State of Kuwait to assume his duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Kuwait. Upon his arrival, he was warmly welcomed by members of the ASEAN Committee in Kuwait (ACK), who gathered at the Ambassador’s Residence to offer their congratulations. This warm welcome underscores the close ties and spirit of cooperation between Thailand and the ASEAN community in Kuwait.

The assumption of Ambassador Songchai’s duties represents a valuable opportunity to contribute to further strengthening the longstanding friendship and cooperation between Thailand and Kuwait across political, economic, and cultural dimensions, as well as to enhance people-to-people ties. In this regard, the Ambassador will endeavour to carry out his responsibilities to the best of his ability, including supporting and protecting the Thai community in Kuwait, enabling them to serve as an important and enduring bridge between the two countries.
