คณะผู้แทนโรงพยาบาลเวิลด์เมดิคอลเยี่ยมคารวะอุปทูตฯ ณ อาคารที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูต

เมื่อวันที่ ๑๔ ม.ค. ๒๕๖๙ นางอุไรวรรณ กูร์โตด์ อุปทูตฯ ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนโรงพยาบาลเวิลด์เมดิคอล นำโดยนายอับดุลรอนิง แอบากอ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายการต่างประเทศ พร้อมด้วยนายลุตฟี สะอิ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายการต่างประเทศ ณ อาคารที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูต

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับโอกาสในการขยายความร่วมมือด้านการแพทย์ระหว่างไทยและคูเวตในปี ๒๕๖๙ รวมถึงการอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ป่วยชาวคูเวตที่เดินทางไปรับการรักษาพยาบาลในประเทศไทย สืบเนื่องจากการดำเนินโครงการ “Rediscovering Health and Wellness Tourism in Thailand” โดยสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ในเดือนกันยายน ๒๕๖๘ ซึ่งได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดีจากฝ่ายคูเวต ทั้งนี้ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ผลักดันการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการแพทย์และการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพระหว่างไทยและคูเวตอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยอุปทูตฯ ได้ย้ำถึงความพร้อมของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ในการอำนวยความสะดวกและสนับสนุนการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือที่เป็นรูปธรรมและเกิดประโยชน์ร่วมกันของทั้งสองประเทศในระยะต่อไป

Representatives of the World Medical Hospital Pays Courtesy Call on the Chargée d’Affaires of the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuwait

On 14 January 2026, Mrs. Uraiwan Courtaud, Chargée d'Affaires a.i., welcomed a delegation from the World Medical Hospital, led by Mr. Abdulrorning Aebakor, Director of International Affairs, and Mr. Lutfi Sa-I, Deputy Director of International Affairs, at the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuwait.

On this occasion, both sides exchanged views on opportunities to expand medical cooperation between Thailand and Kuwait in 2026, building on the success of the “Rediscovering Health and Wellness Tourism in Thailand” event held in September 2025, which received a very positive response from the Kuwaiti side. In this regard, the Embassy has continued its efforts to promote closer cooperation between Thailand and Kuwait in the areas of health services and wellness tourism. The Chargée d’Affaires also further reaffirmed the Embassy’s readiness to facilitate and support coordination with relevant agencies, with a view to strengthening tangible cooperation and advancing mutual benefits for both countries in the future.
