เมื่อวันที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2566 อุปทูตฯ เข้าร่วมงานวันผู้ลี้ภัยโลกที่จัดขึ้นโดยกระทรวงการต่างประเทศคูเวต ณ ห้องโถงใหญ่ อาคารกระทรวงฯ งานเริ่มต้นด้วย รมว.กต.คูเวตกล่าวเปิดงาน ตามด้วยคำกล่าวปราศรัยจาก UN Deputy Commissioner for Refugees เกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ผู้ลี้ภัยที่โลกกำลังประสบอยู่ และคำกล่าวปราศรัยจาก UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador โดยปัจจุบันโลกมีจำนวนผู้ลี้ภัยกว่า 110 ล้านคน เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วจาก 3 ปีที่แล้วที่มีเพียงประมาณ 80 ล้านคน จึงกลายเป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่โลกต้องร่วมมือกันในการแก้ปัญหา ในงานมีหัวหน้าคณะผู้แทนทางการทูตและองค์การระหว่างประเทศในคูเวตเข้าร่วมงานอย่างคับคั่ง

On 20 June 2023, Charge d'affaires attended the World Refugee Day hosted by the MOFA. The function started with an open remark by Kuwait Foreign Minister followed by speech by UN Deputy Commissioner for Refugees and UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador. It is matter by the fact that there are almost 110 million displaced persons in the World today, a rapid increase from about 80 million three years ago. Therefore, it becomes an urgent agenda for all of us. We must work together to solve this serious situation. At the reception, all heads of diplomatic and international organization were presented.
