เมื่อวันที่ 14 เมษายน 2566 เวลา 21.00 น. สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ร่วมจัดงานเฉลิมฉลองเทศกาลสงกรานต์ร่วมกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูต 3 ประเทศ ได้แก่ กัมพูชา ลาว และเมียนมา ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตกัมพูชา เพื่อเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมอันดีงามของภูมิภาคอาเซียน ในงานมี H.E. Ambassador Sameeh Essa Johar Hayat อธิบดีกรมกิจการเอเชีย กระทรวงการต่างประเทศคูเวตเป็นแขกเกียรติยศ และมีคณะทูตานุทูตจากนานาประเทศและผู้แทนหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ของคูเวต รวมทั้งสื่อมวลชนหลายแห่งเข้าร่วม พร้อมกันนี้ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้นำเสนอวิดีโอภาพการเฉลิมฉลองเทศกาลสงกรานต์ในไทยและอาหารไทยขึ้นชื่อ ได้แก่ ผัดไทย ทอดมัน ขนมจีนแกงเขียวหวานไก่ และชาไทย ซึ่งผู้ร่วมงานให้ความสนใจเป็นอย่างดี

On 14 April 2023 at 21.00 hrs., the Royal Thai Embassy co-organized the celebration of Songkran Festival (traditional new year) with the Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar Embassy at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia. The activity aimed to celebrate the New Year Festival of the 4 countries as well as to promote beautiful culture of the 4 countries. The event was honoured by H.E. Ambassador Sameeh Essa Johar Hayat, Assistant Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs as the guest of honour, and participated by H.E. ambassadors and the representatives of many agencies in Kuwait and the media. The Royal Thai Embassy presented the videos on Songkran Festival celebration in Thailand and the famous Thai food menu; Pad Thai, Thai fish cake, Thai green curry with rice noodles and Thai tea which received good response from the participants.
