เอกอัครราชทูต ณ คูเวต ให้สัมภาษณ์ต่อสื่อมวลชนท้องถิ่นคูเวต 4 สำนัก เกี่ยวกับการขยายความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับคูเวต และศักยภาพของไทยในด้านเศรษฐกิจ และการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวัฒนธรรมและซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ ตลอดจนความร่วมมือภาคเอกชนและการไปมาหาสู่ระหว่างประชาชนสองประเทศ

1. รายการโทรทัศน์ Good Morning Kuwait สถานี KTV2 เมื่อวันที่ 6 ธันวาคม 2566 ในวาระวันคล้ายวันพระบรมราชสมภพพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร วันชาติ และวันพ่อแห่งชาติ และวาระครบ 60 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูต ซึ่งเป็นโอกาสในการเสริมสร้างพลวัตในความสัมพันธ์ด้านต่าง ๆ และการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวัฒนธรรมและการท่องเที่ยว

2. รายงานสัมภาษณ์แก่หนังสือพิมพ์ Al-Anbaa Daily พิมพ์เผยแพร่เมื่อวันที่ 24 ธันวาคม 2566 โดยกล่าวถึงกิจกรรมการสานความสัมพันธ์และความร่วมมือของสถานทูตในคูเวต

3. การบันทึกเทปโทรทัศน์ KTV2 เมื่อวันที่ 19 ธันวาคม 2566 ถวายความอาลัยต่อการเสด็จสวรรคตของ เชค นาวัฟ อัลอะห์มัด อัลญาบิร อัศเศาะบาฮ์ เจ้าผู้ครองรัฐคูเวต และการสถาปนา เชค มิชอัล อัลอะห์มัด อัลญาบิร อัศเศาะบาฮ์ เป็นเจ้าผู้ครองรัฐคูเวตพระองค์ใหม่ ในการนี้ได้ย้ำถึงการสานสัมพันธ์และความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับคูเวตอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป

4. หนังสือพิมพ์ Al-Nahar ฉบับวันที่ 24 ธันวาคม 2566 ลงข้อความการให้สัมภาษณ์ ในโอกาสที่เอกอัครราชทูตเป็นวิทยากรในงานเสวนาในหัวข้อความม้่นคงทางอาหาร น้ำ และพลังงาน ในบริบทของการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ ที่มหาวิทยาลัยคูเวต จัดโดยสำนักเลขาธิการ Asia Cooperation Dialogue เอกอัครราชทูตกล่าวต่อหนังสือพิมพ์ Al-Nahar ว่า ในขณะที่โลกเผชิญการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศที่เลวร้ายลง ประเทศไทยยืนยันการดำเนินการตามเป้าหมายแก้ไขปัญหาการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและยึดพันธกรณีตามแนวทางข้อตกลงปารีส ในการนี้ได้เรียกร้องให้นานาชาติสนับสนุนประเทศกำลังพัฒนาด้านเทคโนโลยี การเงิน และการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายดังกล่าวด้วย

His Excellency Ambassador Ekapol Poolpipat gave a series of interviews to local media on the strengthening of bilateral relations and cooperation including food and energy security, investment, tourism, medical tourism, labor exchange and technical cooperation.

1. Good Morning Kuwait, KTV2 on 6 December 2023, on the auspicious occasions of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, National Day of Thailand and Father's day. Also this year marks the 60th Anniversary of the establishment of Diplomatic relations between Thailand and Kuwait which provides a great opportunity to enhance dynamics in potential sectors of cooperation.

2. An interview for Al-Anbaa daily newspaper, issued on 25 December 2023, highlighting the economic and cultural exchange programs of the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuwait.

3. A recorded interview session for the KTV1, offering deepest condolences and sincere sympathy on the demise of His Highness the Late Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and congratulations for the accession of the reigning power of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. In this regard, the Ambassador reaffirms the cordial long lasting and amicable relations and multidimensional cooperation between Thailand and Kuwait. 

4. On 14 December 2023, at the invitation of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue Secretariat, His Excellency Ekapol Poolpipat, Ambassador of Thailand delivered his statement on the topic of Food, Water and Energy Security in the Context of Climate Change at the Social Science Department, Kuwait University. He told Al-Nahar that as consequences of climate change worsen around the world, Thailand reaffirms its commitments in line with the Paris Agreement and called for international support for developing countries in order to access to technology, financial support, and capacity building especially on renewable energy to ensure that our goal is within our reach.
