On 2 October 2025, Mrs. Uraiwan Courtaud, Chargée d'Affaires a.i., paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Nasser Radan Thamer Al-Motairi, Secretary-General of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) at ACD Secretariat Office.

On this occasion, both sides exchanged views on ways to further strengthen cooperation, particularly on elevating the ACD into a leading international organization that drives regional cooperation. The Chargée d’Affaires a.i. also reaffirmed Thailand’s steadfast commitment, as one of the founding members and the Chair of the ACD for 2025, to supporting the ACD’s transformation, with a view to enhancing its role and effectiveness as a key platform for promoting dialogue, partnership, and sustainable development among its member states.
