On 17 October 2017, H.E. the Ambassador of Thailand to the State of Kuwait and the Embassy staff met with the Thai Students Society in Kuwait (TSSK) on the occasion of the beginning of a new semester. The president of the TSSK introduced the new committee to all of the students. TSSK was established in 1999 which has been like a second home of Thai students in Kuwait. It also provides an opportunity for students to learn how to work together and plays an important part in building a bridge between the Embassy and the students. The Royal Thai Embassy has supported TSSK in many areas such as educational affairs, accommodating, organizing activities and most importantly, being the main financial support. This year, TSSK has 52 members; 27 boys and 25 girls. 20 students are in University. 5 students are in college. There are 27 secondary school students.  There are 4 new students this year.On this occasion, H.E. the Ambassador spoke to the students, wishing them success in studying and offering the Embassy’s assistance if needed so that the students can study and live happily in Kuwait. The Embassy also hosted lunch for all of the students.
