On 12 January 2017 from 10.00-12.00 hrs., Mr. Pisoot Suwanarasami, Charge d Affaries of Thailand, together with Ms. Pattarawan Nanakorn, First Secretary, and Mr. Perapol Berananda, First Secretary, attended the ASEAN Handover Ceremony of ACK at the Embassy of Lao PDR.  This Handover Ceremony was a transfer of Chairmanship of ACK from Lao to the Philippines (which followed the rotation of Chairmanship of ASEAN). 

The Handover Ceremony began with the remarks by the Ambassador of Lao, followed by a vdo presentation on the achievements of ACK under Lao's Chairmanship in 2016.  After that, the Ambassador of Lao handed over the ASEAN flag to the Ambassador of the Philippines; then the Ambassador of the Phillippines gave a speech.  The ceremony concluded with the Photo Session and luncheon.
