On 12 September 2013, His Excellency Ambassador led a delegation from the Labour Office, the Royal Thai Embassy in Riyadh, and the staff of the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuwait to visit Kharafi National's Thai labour camp at Al Ahmahdi Governorate.  Around 150 Thai workers joined the meet-and-greet session, followed by the Q&A session.  Ready-made food and basic medicines were also given away to all Thai workers.

In this occasion, a volunteering philippine group of doctors and nurses who work in Kuwait was brought along to provide basic health check up free of charge.  This activity did not involve any government budget and truly reflected the "Do more with less" policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.
