เมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2566 นายเอกพล พูลพิพัฒน์ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ไปเยี่ยมชมสำนักงานกลุ่มบริษัท LuLu Group International ประจำคูเวต และได้หารือกับนาย Mohamed Haris ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มบริษัทฯ ประจำคูเวต โดย LuLu ได้นำเข้าสินค้าและอาหารไทยหลากหลายประเภทในคูเวต ทั้งสองฝ่ายหารือเกี่ยวกับการขยายความร่วมมือด้านความมั่นคงทางอาหาร ตลอดจนการขยายตลาดผลิตภัณฑ์และอาหารไทยในคูเวต ทั้งนี้ LuLu Group International เป็นกลุ่มธุรกิจค้าปลีกขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งในเอเชียและในตะวันออกกลาง

On 14 August 2023, H.E. Mr. Ekapol Poolpipat, Ambassador-designate of Thailand visited the head office of LuLu Group International in Kuwait. LuLu Hypermarket is one of the largest retail chains in Asia and the biggest in the Middle East. The Ambassador-designate discussed with Mr. Mohamed Haris, Director, LuLu Group International in Kuwait about enhancing Thailand and Kuwait food security cooperation as well as expanding Thai food products and cuisine markets in Kuwait.
