เมื่อวันที่ 11 มกราคม 2566 อุปทูตฯ และเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายกงสุลที่ดูแลแรงงานไทย ได้ต้อนรับผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรมนุษย์บริษัท KDD ซึ่งเป็นผู้ผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มขนาดใหญ่ในภูมิภาค GCC โดยบริษัทฯ ประสงค์จะจ้างคนไทยประจำสายการผลิตจำนวน 21 ตำแหน่ง ซึ่งสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ให้ข้อแนะนำเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการขอนำเข้าแรงงานและสิทธิประโยชน์สำหรับแรงงานไทย รวมทั้งได้แนะนำให้ทางบริษัทฯ พิจารณาเรื่องแหล่งจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบในการผลิตจากประเทศไทย เช่น ผลไม้ไทย เพื่อมาผลิตน้ำผลไม้กล่อง เป็นต้น

On 11 January 2023, Charge d' Affaires and consular officer of the Royal Thai Embassy welcomed Human Resource Manager from KDD Company, leading manufaturer and distributor of food and beverages in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. For this matter, the company is interested in recruiting Thai workers for the production lines in Kuwait and was advised accordingly. In addition, the Charge d' Affaires requested the KDD Manager to refer other KDD departments for future cooperation with manufacturers in Thailand or the Embassy itself.
