เมื่อวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2566 นายเอกพล พูลพิพัฒน์ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ H.E. Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศคูเวต เนื่องในโอกาสเข้ารับหน้าที่ และหารือเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการตามกลไกเพื่อขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือทวิภาคีในสาขาต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ การแลกเปลี่ยนการเยือนระดับสูง การประชุมคณะกรรมาธิการร่วม การประชุมปรึกษาหารือระหว่างกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ การฉลองวาระ 60 ปีความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย-คูเวต และความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานคูเวตด้านส่งเสริมการลงทุนของไทย

On 21 August 2023, H.E. Mr. Ekapol Poolpipat, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to Kuwait paid a courtesy call on H.E. Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait upon the assumption of duty. Both sides agreed to utilize existing bilateral mechanisms to advancing all areas of cooperation, including exchanges of high-level visits, joint commission, political consultation, and celebration of the 60th anniversary of Thailand-Kuwait diplomatic relations in 2023. Both sides also reiterated possibilities to expand Kuwaiti investment in Thailand and Thai investment in Kuwait.
