On 7 August 2023, H.E. Mr. Ekapol Poolpipat, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to Kuwait, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Vladimir Zheltov, Ambassador of Russia. Both sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation with Kuwait in key sectors as well as the development in the Middle East region.
