เมื่อวันที่ 20 กรกฎาคม 2566 นายเอกพล พูลพิพัฒน์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ คูเวต เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ H.E. Mr. Chitem Tenzin เอกอัครราชทูตภูฏานประจำคูเวต เพื่อแนะนำตัวเนื่องในโอกาสเข้ารับหน้าที่ โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ที่ใกล้ชิดระหว่างสองประเทศและการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือกับคูเวต

On 20 July 2023, H.E. Mr. Ekapol Poolpipat, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to Kuwait, paid a courtesy call to H.E. Mr. Chitem Tenzin, Ambassador of Bhutan to Kuwait on the occasion of His Excellency's assumption of duties. Both sides exchanged views on the close relations between Thailand and Bhutan and the cooperation with Kuwait.
