เอกอัครราชทูต ณ คูเวต พบหารือคณะผู้แทนภาคธุรกิจคูเวต ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูต ภายหลังเสร็จสิ้นการเดินทางเยือนประเทศไทยภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาความเป็นหุ้นส่วนทางการค้าไทย-คูเวต

เมื่อวันที่ ๔ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๙ นายทรงชัย ชัยปฏิยุทธ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ คูเวต ได้พบหารือคณะผู้แทนภาคธุรกิจคูเวต ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูต ภายหลังเสร็จสิ้นการเดินทางเยือนประเทศไทยภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาความเป็นหุ้นส่วนทางการค้าไทย-คูเวต เมื่อวันที่ ๒๔ – ๒๙ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๙ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็น รับฟังผลการเยือนไทยของคณะ และติดตามความคืบหน้าของโอกาสทางการค้าและการลงทุนที่เกิดขึ้นจากโครงการดังกล่าวพร้อมเป็นเจ้าภาพงานเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำ

ในโอกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้กล่าวแสดงความยินดีต่อคณะผู้แทนภาคธุรกิจคูเวตที่ดำเนินภารกิจการเยือนประเทศไทยด้วยความสำเร็จ พร้อมทั้งเน้นย้ำความพร้อมของประเทศไทยในการส่งเสริมและขยายความเป็นหุ้นส่วนทางการค้ากับผู้ประกอบการนำเข้าสำคัญของคูเวต โดยเฉพาะด้านสินค้าประเภทอาหาร สินค้าเกษตรและอาหารแปรรูปที่มีศักยภาพ และเชื่อมั่นว่าการนำคณะเยือนไทยครั้งแรกครั้งนี้จะผลักดันการต่อยอดความร่วมมือให้เกิดผลเป็นรูปธรรมยิ่งขึ้น รวมทั้งเสริมสร้างความใกล้ชิดและความคุ้นเคยของเครือข่ายทางธุรกิจระหว่างภาคเอกชนของไทยกับคูเวต

โครงการดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายการทูตเศรษฐกิจเชิงรุกของสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ คูเวต เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการค้าและการลงทุนระหว่างไทยกับคูเวต และเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายทางธุรกิจระหว่างภาคเอกชนของทั้งสองประเทศ อันจะนำไปสู่การขยายโอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืน

Ambassador of Thailand met with Kuwaiti business delegation at the Residence following the delegation's visit to Thailand under the Thailand–Kuwait Trade Partnership Development Programme

On 4 July 2026, H.E. Mr. Songchai Chaipatiyut, Ambassador of Thailand, met with a Kuwaiti business delegation at the Ambassador's Residence following the delegation's visit to Thailand under the Thailand–Kuwait Trade Partnership Development Programme, held between 24 – 29 May 2026. The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views, review the outcomes of the visit, and follow up on the progress of trade and investment opportunities generated through the Programme. The Ambassador also hosted a dinner in honour of the delegation.

On this occasion, the Ambassador congratulated the delegation on the successful visit to Thailand and reaffirmed Thailand's readiness to strengthen and expand trade partnerships with leading Kuwaiti importers, particularly in the food, agricultural, and processed food sectors. He also expressed his confidence that this inaugural business delegation to Thailand would help build upon existing cooperation and further strengthen business networks between the business communities of Thailand and Kuwait.

The Programme forms part of the Royal Thai Embassy in Kuwait's proactive economic diplomacy policy aimed at promoting trade and investment cooperation between Thailand and Kuwait, strengthening business networks between the private sectors of both countries, and creating sustainable economic opportunities for both countries.
