On 15 April 2026, H.E. Mr. Songchai Chaipatiyut, Ambassador of Thailand, met with H.E. Mr. Olivier Gauvin, Ambassador of the French Republic to the State of Kuwait.

On this occasion, both sides exchanged insights and assessment regarding the ongoing tensions in the region. In addition, the ambassadors also discussed the initiatives to strengthen bilateral ties between their countries and Kuwait including the cooperation and engagement with relevant authorities and the diplomatic community.

Le 15 avril 2026, S.E. M. Songchai Chaipatiyut, Ambassadeur de Thaïlande, a rencontré S.E. M. Olivier Gauvin, Ambassadeur de la République Française auprès de l’État du Koweït.

À cette occasion, les deux parties ont échangé leurs points de vue et leurs évaluations concernant les tensions en cours dans la région. En outre, les Ambassadeurs ont également discuté des initiatives visant à renforcer les relations bilatérales entre leurs pays respectifs et le Koweït, y compris la coopération et la coordination avec les autorités compétentes ainsi qu’avec la communauté diplomatique.
