ในโอกาสนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างทั้งสองประเทศในประเด็นที่มีความสนใจร่วมกัน ผ่านการประสานงานโดยสถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทยและเซเนกัลในคูเวต และแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นในการดูแลคนชาติของตนในคูเวต โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายมีกลุ่มนักเรียนและนักศึกษาในสถาบันการศึกษาคูเวต

On 6 April 2026, H.E. Mr. Songchai Chaipatiyut, Ambassador-Designate of Thailand, met with H.E. Mr. Assane Sougou, Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal to the State of Kuwait.

On this occasion, both sides discussed the promotion of potential collaboration on areas of mutual interest between Thailand and Senegal through the Royal Thai Embassy and the Embassy of Senegal in Kuwait. The ambassadors also exchanged views regarding the promotion of wellbeing of their respective nationals in Kuwait, particularly students.
