Al-Zaid, Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocol Affairs ตามคำเชิญของฝ่ายคูเวต เพื่อต้อนรับเอกอัครราชทูตฯ อย่างเป็นทางการ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือเกี่ยวกับแนวปฏิบัติทางพิธีการทูตในคูเวต รวมทั้งขั้นตอนการยื่นสำเนาพระราชสาส์นต่อรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระรวงการต่างประเทศคูเวตซึ่งเป็นแนวปฏิบัติทางพิธีการทูตของฝ่ายคูเวต
On 25 March 2026, H.E. Mr. Songchai Chaipatiyut, Ambassador-Designate of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Kuwait met with H.E. Abdulmohsen J. Al-Zaid, Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocol Affairs at the invitation of the Kuwaiti side to officially welcome the Ambassador. Both sides discussed diplomatic protocol in Kuwait and the order of proceeding for submitting a copy of the Letter of Credence to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait in accordance with Kuwaiti diplomatic protocol.
