On 5 October 2025, Mrs. Uraiwan Courtaud, Chargée d'Affaires a.i., had a discussion with Eng. Rabab Al-Osaimi, Acting Director-General of the Public Authority for Manpower, on the exchange of workers in private sector and the collaboration between Thailand and Kuwait.

On this occasion, both sides exchanged views on the changing demands for manpower after COVID-19 and the labour markets in Thailand and Kuwait. The Chargée d'Affaires a.i. also underscored the potential to further strengthen bilateral partnerships in alignment with the current context and relevant labour laws.
