On 22 June 2026, H.E. Mr. Songchai Chaipatiyut, Ambassador of Thailand, had a meeting with H.E. Mr. Assane Sougou, Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal. Both sides discussed the issues of mutual interest. On this occasion, Ambassador Sougou signed the book of condolences on the passing of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita, at the Embassy’s Chancery.
