On 16 March 2017, Mr. Dusit Manapan (formerly Thai Consul-General in Osaka) arrived in Kuwait to assumed his duties as the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the State of Kuwait.  The ASEAN Ambassadors/Charge' d' Affaires as well as ACD Secretary General welcomed him at the VIP longue of the Kuwait International Airport.
