On 12 August 2013, His Excellency the Ambassador of Thailand to Kuwait and his wife presided over an evening function in celebration of Her Majesty the Queen's 81st Birthday Anniversary at the Royal Thai Embassy.  His Excellency and his wife led a crowd of Thais, comprising diplomats, local staff at the Embassy, and those residing in Kuwait, to light candles and offer blessings to Her Majesty the Queen.
